At Giffin, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in producing and delivering high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at mail.giffin@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • Customized or personalized items (with names, photos, designs, or special requests) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or defective.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required.

3. Process for Return & Replacement

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the product at no additional cost.

  • In case the product is out of stock, we may offer you a refund or store credit of the same value.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the fault is ours (damaged/incorrect item).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or after delivery.
