1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at mail.giffin@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Customized or personalized items (with names, photos, designs, or special requests) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or defective.
2. Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required.
3. Process for Return & Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the product at no additional cost.

In case the product is out of stock, we may offer you a refund or store credit of the same value.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the fault is ours (damaged/incorrect item).
5. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/customized products (unless defective).

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or after delivery.
